Account Director

The Role 

The Account Director leads, plans and sets the agenda for the Account Group, as well as the success of client relationships.

You'll lead from the front, your exceptional client and stakeholder management skills will set the standard for the Account Group, you'll demonstrate how to best manage the creative product and client relationship through your effective leadership and collaboration skills.

You'll be an experienced Creative agency account lead, adept at managing the execution of the creative idea from client brief to delivery.  You'll be an expert at handling multiple briefs and shoots at any one time, ensuring that each project doesn’t waiver from the strategic direction of the Brand, smooth delivery of each project, and the financial health of each project and account.

You're know as an enduring client-relationship builder, inspiring confidence and becoming a trusted advisor to your clients. You're driven to pursue initiatives and actions which are right for the agency and client; challenging the status quo for each brief.  You're a 360 communications expert, actively pursing digital opportunities and working to educate your clients and team on the various platforms and their benefits. 

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong in communications, strategy, project management and leadership.
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience, ideally with 4As agencies.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and business groups, including account management, creative and production teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • In depth experience of the Vietnam market
